2 minutes de lecture.
Frictionless access control streamlines the parking process, improves efficiency, and enhances the user experience by eliminating the need for manual interactions and reducing wait times. Many don’t know that these frictionless access controls can also be integrated into non-gated parking facilities as well.
To dive deeper into what frictionless access control for non-gated parking operations entails we asked ºÚÁÏÉçÇø’s Junior Engineer, Thomas Karaoulas.
Q. Comment fonctionne la technologie de reconnaissance des plaques d'immatriculation ?
A. Frictionless access control for non-gated parking operations refers to systems and technologies that enable seamless entry and exit vehicles without the need for physical barriers such as gates or barriers. This typically involves the use of advanced technologies such as automatic license plate recognition (ALPR), RFIP (Radio-Frequency Identification), or mobile apps.
Enforcement officers can utilize ParkSuite to review parking operations with LPR cameras and/or with pay-by-license-plate parking meters, to see which customers are in violation streamlining and improving the efficiency of enforcement.Â
