�������� is proud to announce the launch of it’s Digital Control Centre also known as DCC. Building on the successes of ��������’s award-winning virtual customer service and live central monitoring centre – IPARC— DCC represents the next evolution in centralized client support, further optimizing our approach to hardware, software and operational support �������� provides it’s clients.

Launched in late 2022, DCC currently supports over 830 parking operations Canada-wide. Since its inception, DCC has radically enhanced how �������� delivers centralized support services by integrating a variety of services into a unified model. This includes production and support, remote monitoring, customer service, contract management, quality assurance, financial collections and replenishment operations, and enforcement services. This model has created a more efficient and streamlined operational approach for ��������’s clients, delivering a greater return on investment.
