�������� is proud to announce that we have been awarded as the parking technology and management provider for Cypress Condos. Located in Toronto’s west end, Cypress Condos is a part of Pinnacle Etobicoke, a nine-tower master-planned community comprises residential housing, commercial office space, street-level retail, and a new public park.

Developed and managed by , Cypress Condos offers residents and visitors alike a one-of-a-kind live, work, and play experience. In January 2022, �������� successfully deployed a parking program that allows Cypress Condos and the surrounding Pinnacle Etobicoke community to offer a seamless parking experience for tenants, residents, and visitors.

All day-to-day parking operations are managed with a strategic combination of people, hardware, and software. This includes pay-and-display parking meter technology, signage and wayfinding, regular equipment maintenance and service when required, enforcement, financial services, and mobile payment capabilities through �ʲ������徱��™.

Upon deploying this parking program, John Romanek, Account Executive at ��������, stated, “Providing a fully customized parking program has allowed Cypress Condos to maximize occupancy levels, increase parking ease, and generate revenue.
