�� is honoured to announce that we have recently received the at ’s annual Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala for our newly launched Digital Control Centre (DCC). Building on the successes of ��’s BOMA award-winning virtual customer service and live central monitoring centre – IPARC— DCC is recognized for its ability to further optimize ��’s approach to hardware, software and operational support.

Since its inception in October 2022, DCC has radically enhanced how �� delivers centralized support services by integrating various services into a unified model. This includes production and support, remote monitoring, customer service, contract management, quality assurance, financial collections and replenishment operations, and enforcement services. This model has created a more efficient and streamlined operational approach for ��’s clients and stakeholders, delivering a greater return on investment.
