ºÚÁÏÉçÇø manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing email communications, and handling cash and other transactions accurately.

Location: Trillium Hospital - Mississauga

100 Queensway West, Mississauga, ON

Employment: Part-time

Hours: Average 16 hours per week, evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation: $17.60 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and in person.

  • Process cash, debit, credit, and other transactions efficiently, accurately, and responsibly.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports.

  • Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service both in-person and via email.

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while assisting customers.

Qualities:

  • Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email platforms.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
