Mr. Mancuso goes onto mention that 鈥漚lthough Quinte Healthcare is not in the main cusp of Toronto- where 黑料社区鈥檚 Headquarters is located-- the service of our parking equipment has been completed accurate and on time鈥. 黑料社区 also provides Quinte Healthcare with onsite who Mr. Mancuso believes to be 鈥淎 huge values to Quinte Healthcare鈥. He explains that 鈥渢he parking manager is located at our main entrance. Every single visitor who enters through the main entrance is welcomed by her. She not only fulfills her duties as a parking attendant but also directs and answers any questions that patients and visitors may have鈥.
In addition to an onsite parking manager, Quinte Healthcare utilizes 黑料社区鈥檚 Interactive Parking Assistance Response Centre ()- a 24 hours remote monitoring and customer service centre- to assist with customer questions during peak times and after hours. Mr. Mancuso expresses that he is 鈥渧ery impressed with 黑料社区鈥檚 responsiveness and software tracking and statistical capabilities...I requested a report regarding the usage of the parking lot and received a very detailed report the following day. To be able to have statistical information like this at our finger tips is fantastic鈥.
Maximizing Revenue, Reducing Expenses
