Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative reports to the Team lead/Supervisor. The Customer Care Associate provides guidance for customers entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed.

 Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries

  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner

  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed

  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management

  • Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll 

  • Complete additional duties assigned by manager.

  • High School Graduate or higher education

  • Basic Computer skills 鈥 Windows, MS Office

Le pr茅pos茅 est appel茅 脿 effectuer l鈥檜ne des trois fonctions suivantes d茅pendant de l鈥檃chalandage et ou de l鈥檕ccupation des diff茅rents parcs. Le pr茅pos茅 est transf茅r茅 d鈥檜n service 脿 l鈥檃utre selon les besoins et les indications du superviseur imm茅diat.

Fonction du service de r茅partition :

  • Accueillir la client猫le et assurer que chaque client ait acc猫s au v茅hicule (taxi, limousine) demand茅.

  • Faire respecter les zones pr茅vues 脿 la prise en charge des clients et 脿 la zone d鈥檃ttente dans l鈥檃茅rogare.

  • Veiller 脿 ce que le chargement et d茅chargement des bagages soit fait.

Fonction du service de circulation :

  • Accueillir la client猫le qui poss猫de une voiture et les diriger vers le stationnement ad茅quat selon la disponibilit茅 du site et assurer une fluidit茅 de la circulation.

  • R茅pondre aux questions des clients et les diriger vers les points de renseignements au besoin.

  • Rediriger la circulation vers les parcs alternatifs (d茅viation)

Fonction du service d鈥檌nventaire des plaques :

  • Saisir les plaques d鈥檌mmatriculations des v茅hicules stationn茅s dans tous les parcs 脿 l鈥檃ide du v茅hicule fournis.

  • Saisir les informations dans le terminal pour la prise d鈥檌nventaire.

  • Participer 脿 la surveillance des parcs de stationnements, faire un rapport d鈥檌nspection et rapporter toute anomalie rep茅r茅e.

  • R茅aliser toute autre t芒che connexe selon ta fonction pour assurer le bon d茅roulement des op茅rations.

Job Summary:

黑料社区 is seeking Patrol Officers to ensure that all dashboard tickets, reservations and parking permits are valid at contracted private properties throughout the City of Hamilton and Niagara and St. Catharines

This position will be overseen by the Area Manager

Location: Hamilton/Niagara/St. Catharines, ON

Employment: Full-time/Part-time

Hours: Wednesday to Friday - 4 PM - 12 AM (shift times can vary)

Saturday & Sunday - 11 AM 鈥 7 PM

Special Events 鈥 As Needed

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of computers/cellular devices

  • Valid G license with clean drivers abstract, and ability to provide abstract at time of hire

  • Previous experience in parking enforcement or security background would be considered a strong asset

  • Criminal check required prior to hire (backcheck completed by Precise Parklink

Mandatory Attributes:

  • Must be punctual and self disciplined; considered a self- starter

  • Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision as this is an independent, on the road job; must also strive to work in team settings towards a common purpose

  • Ability to de-escalate situations should they arise; must be well- mannered & level headed

  • Capable of learning & absorbing training in a quick & efficient manner

  • Must be polite with professional attitude

  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic and personable

  • Must be punctual and self disciplined

  • Strong communication skills

  • Bilingualism is a strong asset

  • Mechanically inclined able to change a tire and basic automotive skills

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Review and understand daily scheduled routes prior to dispatching for shift

  • Review dispatch email for any client requests/ check calendar for any events

  • Respond directly to client requests for enforcement in a swift and timely manner, communicate with client to confirm receipt and debrief once call has been attended to

  • Inspect vehicle & required devices prior to departing for shift; report any issues to manager immediately

  • Follow procedures regarding log sheets/ recording site visits

  • Carefully check expiration date/ time of parking receipts displayed on dashboards, as well as approved hangtags where applicable

  • Run plates through enforcement software at applicable sites to confirm registration

  • Ensure accuracy in issuing infractions (correct information on ticket)

  • Ensure devices are returned as they were taken, and placed back on charging units for next shifts

  • Arranging towing of vehicles where applicable, under By-Law regulations

  • Ability to work outdoors, within a sheltered garage environment

  • Mandatory health & safety training required to be completed upon hire

  • Litter pick up and general maintenance of parking equipment

  • Other duties as assigned
